At Tybach, Llanafan Fawr, Builth Wells, Powys, LD2 3PL
Sleeps 2 (+2)
Bach provides dog friendly self-catering accommodation in a newly converted stone barn situated on a sheep farm to the east of the Cambrian Mountains. This is a peaceful and remote location, where wildlife, including Red Kites can often be seen. There are many footpaths and bridle ways to explore.
There is a spacious kitchen, dining area and sitting room (with sofa bed). Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a shower room.
Bach has oil central heating and has an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, TV (free sat), DVD player and CD/radio and shares use of a freezer with Mawr. Bach also has a patio area with garden furniture.
Mawr and Bach share a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble drier) and there is also garage space available for each cottage. In addition there is a separate large wet room and toilet next to the laundry room, which may be used by guests. A travel cot and high chair can be available with prior arrangement.
One well behaved dog is welcome with prior arrangement for each, but please be aware this is a sheep farming area. No dogs allowed from March until the end of May due to the many ewes lambing in the area. There will be a charge of £10 for the dog.
